HealthDocs has developed a comprehensive Covid-19 Event Management and Compliance solution that utilises its Covid-19 Compliance Platform.

The solution provides for a participant app, which addresses participant health screening and compliance as well as participant awareness and education, whilst also providing the event organisers with its own Covid-19 Event Management and Compliance Platform, which enables participant screening, monitoring, tracking and reporting. In addition to viewing the number of screened negative consecutive days when screened at an event, organisers can also view a participant's vaccination history and tests results, verify and validate their government issued digital vaccination certificates, all of which are important metrics for risk management. 

 

The platform also provides organisers with a complete communication plaftorm that allows them to communicate with participants via Push and SMS notifications. The platform also provides organisers with appointment and calendar management functionality and the ability to share information, documents and questionnaires with participants.

The solution also integrates to pathology labs for the management of onsite and offsite Covid-19 testing and subsequent distribution of results to participants either via push notifications or SMS. Results and supporting documentation are fully managed within the platform and stored both within the Event Management platform as well as in the personal participants' HealthDocs apps. 

 

The solution has been extensively adopted within South Africa for the management of both local and international general and sporting events.
